Entering the Jardín Del Río is like being transported to a scene normally only found in fairy tales. A meticulously designed and maintained 6000 m2 garden, with its own unique climate created by the lush vegetation and neighboring river, allows it to be protected from the outside extreme weather conditions and therefore lends itself to a cooler summer, and warmer winter. The garden is filled with an immense variety of trees, bushes, plants, flowers, and fruits - all of which work together to create enchanting nooks throughout the property to discover and enjoy.
The House of the Consulate and the Stone cottage are rustic and original, while also offering all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay away from home. Either one or both of the houses can be used - depending on your comfort and needs, but even in the case of only needing one house, the property will be rented to you (and your party) alone for maximum privacy and comfort.
In the case of having more than 10 guests that can be accommodated between the main house and the stone cottage, the property also includes 3 bungalows that can fit up to 10 more people. We would love for you to be able to enjoy this beautiful getaway with your loved ones, creating unforgettable memories together.
The pool is located in the center of the main property between the main house and the stone cottage. It is large and refreshing - with a shallow end where children can stand, and a deeper end for adults. Next to the pool is the Sauna and a natural fish pond from water rerouted from the river.
The private access to the Arenal river is a unique treasure that everyone can appreciate. There are stairs that go directly from the property to the river where there is a natural pond created by the stones of the river where you can sit, sunbathe, swim, and even fish in the river (seasonal between March and July).
The entire property is fenced and isolated from the outside - as if in a different world, and yet is located only 2 km from Arenas de San Pedro and has direct access to a multitude of routes and walking paths and other various activities for entertainment and fun.
